She abandons herself, gently leaning, as if something - or someone - were resting against her, without showing itself.

Her face floats between presence and effacement, and an unfurled wing brushes against her without lifting, like a memory still felt on the skin.

In this painting, the artist explores a space of transition. A place where intuition still struggles a little with expectation, where the female figure, usually so central to her work, begins to fade away to make way for something more diffuse, more abstract.

The figures, traces left by the gesture, emerge without apparent logic, like echoes of a secret language that only the unconscious understands.

This is a work of fragile equilibrium. It speaks of doubt, but also of the hope contained within that doubt. Of that invisible part that weighs down, yet transforms.

It's an invitation to lighten up in a different way
